DESCRIPTION:One piece of life that goes unattended is our ability to move i
 ntuitively into ourselves. Yin allows us the space to open what life has g
 ripped into our bodies through repetition and emotional stress responses t
 o events in our lives.\nIn this hour\, we will move through the layers of 
 the body\, our breath meeting the movement and\, from time to time\, the u
 se of specific props that target the fascial layer to allow us to open a l
 ittle more deeply.\n\nIn this class\, we combine some of yoga's deepest op
 ening practices that create the space needed for healing. In this class\, 
 you will use props to reach those hard-to-get spaces and deep breath work 
 to round out the practice. This unique class will use a wooden block\, str
 ap\, balls and rollers to target different muscle systems each practice. I
 f you have your own props\, please bring them. This may include a wooden b
 lock\, strap\, lacrosse balls\, eye pillow\, and mat.  If not\, most will
  be provided aside from eye pillows.
